Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Lead/Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global support team to manage incident resolution and ensure system reliability
  • Define and enforce support processes, including communication protocols and escalation procedures
  • Oversee system monitoring, maintenance, and compliance with SOX regulations
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • 10+ years of experience with ERP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance & Accounting systems
  • 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
  • Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
