Job Summary
A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Lead/Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global support team to manage incident resolution and ensure system reliability
- Define and enforce support processes, including communication protocols and escalation procedures
- Oversee system monitoring, maintenance, and compliance with SOX regulations
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- 10+ years of experience with ERP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance & Accounting systems
- 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
