Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global support team in incident management, ensuring timely resolution of critical NetSuite production issues
  • Define and enforce standardized support procedures and communication protocols for all NetSuite environments
  • Oversee system monitoring, proactive maintenance, and manage SOX compliance and audit processes related to NetSuite
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • 10+ years of experience with ERP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance & Accounting systems
  • 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
  • Deep functional knowledge of core ERP processes such as Manufacturing, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
