Network Account Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network & Cloud Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-specific sales and support strategies to generate new opportunities and protect existing revenue
- Manage the full lifecycle of re-term, renewal, and upgrade opportunities, ensuring timely contract renewals and upgrades
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business strategies and identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Client Relations / Account Management within the telecommunications industry
- 2+ years of proficiency in wireline services and Voice over IP (VoIP)
- Strong PC skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience with various carriers and service providers
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred
