Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network & Cloud Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute account-specific sales and support strategies to generate new opportunities and protect existing revenue
Manage the full lifecycle of re-term, renewal, and upgrade opportunities, ensuring timely contract renewals and upgrades
Build strong client relationships by understanding business strategies and identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Client Relations / Account Management within the telecommunications industry
2+ years of proficiency in wireline services and Voice over IP (VoIP)
Strong PC skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrated experience with various carriers and service providers
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred
