Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network & Cloud Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales and support strategies to generate new opportunities and protect existing revenue
  • Manage the full lifecycle of re-term, renewal, and upgrade opportunities, ensuring timely contract renewals and upgrades
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding business strategies and identifying growth opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Relations / Account Management within the telecommunications industry
  • 2+ years of proficiency in wireline services and Voice over IP (VoIP)
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience with various carriers and service providers
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred
