Network Admin Night Shift

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network/Unified Communications and IP Telephony Admin for a night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements to networking devices
• Collaborate with external vendors in resolving hardware and circuit issues
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field
• 4 years of experience in network operations or equivalent support
• Experience with Cisco technologies, VPN, data/voice circuits, and load balancers
• CCNA, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ certifications
• Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking systems and network monitoring tools
