Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Administrator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for client networks
Triage and escalate network-related incidents to Network Engineering
Analyze network data and client reports to proactively identify and address issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of IT experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or IT services environments
Cisco CCNA or similar advanced networking certification preferred
Experience or formal training in LAN, WAN, wireless, and IP Voice technologies
Familiarity with network operating systems and management platforms
