Network Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Administrator responsible for managing and securing networking and telecommunications services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management and security of network devices and performance
• Support and maintain the IP PBX system and related telecommunications services
• Provide technical support and manage HelpDesk service requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associates in MIS or equivalent work experience required
• Three years of experience in network operations required
• Familiarity with network protocols and management of enterprise networking equipment preferred
• Prior experience with digital telephony systems preferred
• Experience in a Higher Education environment preferred
