Network Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Network Administrator will manage and secure the company's network and server infrastructure, serving as the primary point of contact for critical outages and alerts while administering Windows Domain environments and maintaining network hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Domain environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Design and plan network architecture for office environments, producing documentation and equipment order lists
• Manage backup systems and disaster recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and availability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of hands-on network administration experience in a business environment
• Deep expertise in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
• Proficiency with network infrastructure management, including firewalls and VPN configurations
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems, particularly Azure VM backup
