Network Administrator

Job Summary

Providing advanced network monitoring and troubleshooting, the full-time Level 2 Network Administrator will manage incident remediation in a 24/7 NOC environment, handling escalations from Level 1 and ensuring network reliability across multiple locations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs advanced monitoring and troubleshooting of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Diagnoses and resolves complex network connectivity issues, escalating unresolved problems to the Level 3 Network Lead
• Initiates proactive remediation and owns Level 2 network tickets through resolution, documenting findings for operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Strong experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools
• Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
