Network Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting customers' network environments, the full-time Network Administrator will manage incident and problem resolution, perform troubleshooting and software updates on networking devices, and collaborate with external vendors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting and software updates for networking devices
- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve hardware and circuit issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting processes
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- 4 years of experience in a network operations center or equivalent support team
- Experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies, including firewalls and routers
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident tracking systems
- Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Security +
