Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining network architecture and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage computer operations, data communications, and telecommunications for the organization
• Oversee network security, ensuring timely deployment of security patches and addressing vulnerabilities
• Lead IT personnel management, including performance goals and resource allocation

Required Qualifications:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in managing IT for mid-size organizations with complex IT projects
• Strong knowledge of network security, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Operating Systems
• Experience with Cisco Networking, DMZ, WAN Optimization, and TCP/IP protocols
• Proven people management skills with a focus on performance management
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as computer science or information systems
