Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Administrator/Help Desk Specialist to support the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS) contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain connectivity between client systems, servers, and mainframe access
- Serve as the first point of contact for help desk users and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor network performance and enforce security policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2+ years in network/system administration roles
- Additional 1-2 years in an IT help desk or user support environment
- Experience with eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service) is required
- Experience with Army secure networks (NIPRnet/SIPRnet) preferred
