Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Administrator/Help Desk Specialist to support the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS) contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain connectivity between client systems, servers, and mainframe access
  • Serve as the first point of contact for help desk users and troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor network performance and enforce security policies
Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2+ years in network/system administration roles
  • Additional 1-2 years in an IT help desk or user support environment
  • Experience with eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service) is required
  • Experience with Army secure networks (NIPRnet/SIPRnet) preferred
