Job Summary
Providing remote technical support for employees, the fully remote Network Administrator I will manage computer systems, software, and peripherals while ensuring effective communication and troubleshooting across a nationwide organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver remote support for computers, software, and peripherals to maintain operational efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while assisting employees through remote support sessions
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including maintaining documentation and support procedures
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and administering desktops on the Windows platform
- Experience managing Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace tenants
- Ability to develop and maintain internal documentation and diagrams
- Strong customer service skills with experience interfacing with clients
- Flexibility to be available outside regular work hours for on-call rotation
