Network Analyst
Job Summary
To support pharmacy network pricing execution and plan configuration, the full-time Network Analyst will manage benefit plan implementations, manual pricing updates, and quality assurance processes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement benefit plan, pricing, and reimbursement configurations according to documented requirements
- Complete manual pricing changes and validate pricing setups to ensure accuracy
- Support new client implementations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in PBM operations, healthcare operations, or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage assigned tasks independently
- Analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills to validate pricing outputs
