Network Analytics Associate

Job Summary

To strengthen and scale its backup care provider network, the full-time remote Network Analytics Associate will analyze network data, identify gaps, and support provider outreach and partnership development while collaborating with the VP of Operations and COO of Backup Care.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the backup care provider network to identify gaps in geography, provider type, capacity, and coverage
• Translate network data into market-level priorities for provider acquisition and network expansion
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into network health and emerging trends

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
• Experience with marketplace, supply-and-demand, or capacity analysis is a plus
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving data and processes
• Ability to manage multiple analyses and communicate findings clearly across teams
