Network Architect

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Network Architect for a remote contract position, who will design and lead scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions across LAN, WAN, Store Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, 5G, and IoT connectivity for large-scale retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end store network solutions, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and 5G
• Lead SD-WAN architecture and migration efforts with a focus on Cisco technologies
• Design and develop reference architectures and standards for large-scale deployments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network architecture and design within large-scale distributed networks
• Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies
• Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and QoS
• Strong background in network security architecture, including firewalls and segmentation
