Network Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Enterprise Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily NOC operations, ensuring 24x7 monitoring and quality event triage
• Lead major incident response and own post-incident analysis to ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Coach and mentor technicians while promoting a culture of accountability and operational reliability

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher in Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in ISP NOC or service assurance operations
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, DOCSIS, FTTH, routing, and monitoring platforms
• Demonstrated leadership ability in real-time incident environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365
