Network Assurance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician to maintain network stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess network health across RF, IP, and Optical technologies
• Execute advanced troubleshooting procedures to restore services across diverse platforms
• Manage and lead resolution of network-impacting events, ensuring timely communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field; high school diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical operations environment
• Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience in technical troubleshooting and incident management
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
