A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess network health across various technologies supporting services for customers
Execute advanced troubleshooting procedures to isolate faults and restore services effectively
Manage resolution of network-impacting events, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field preferred; high school diploma required
1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical operations environment
Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience with technical troubleshooting and incident management
Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
