Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess network health across RF, IP, and Optical technologies
Execute advanced troubleshooting procedures to isolate faults and restore services
Manage resolution of network-impacting events and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field; high school diploma required
1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar environment
Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience in technical troubleshooting and incident management
Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
