Network Assurance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess network health across RF, IP, and Optical technologies
• Execute advanced troubleshooting procedures to isolate faults and restore services
• Manage network-impacting events, ensuring timely communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical operations environment
• Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience with technical troubleshooting and incident management
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights and weekends
