Network Assurance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician to maintain network stability and performance remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess network health across various technologies supporting services for customers
• Execute troubleshooting procedures to isolate faults and restore services effectively
• Manage resolution of network-impacting events, ensuring timely communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical environment
• Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience in technical troubleshooting and incident management
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight and weekend shifts
