Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess network health across various technologies supporting video, voice, and high-speed data services
Execute advanced troubleshooting procedures to isolate faults and restore services
Manage and lead resolution of network-impacting events, ensuring timely communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field; high school diploma required
1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical operations environment
Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience with technical troubleshooting and incident management
Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
