Network Assurance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess network health across various technologies supporting video, voice, and high-speed data services
• Execute advanced troubleshooting to isolate faults and manage resolution of network-impacting events
• Process and resolve NOC trouble tickets while maintaining documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field; high school diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical operations environment
• Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience with technical troubleshooting and incident management
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and ITIL Foundation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts
