Network Assurance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Assurance Technician to maintain network stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess network health across various technologies
• Execute troubleshooting procedures to isolate faults and restore services
• Manage network-impacting events and ensure timely communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field; high school diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical environment
• Prior Tier 1 or equivalent experience with technical troubleshooting and incident management
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts
