Network Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Network Automation Engineer (Python + Network APIs) for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing and developing network automation solutions, building automation pipelines, and integrating with network APIs to optimize enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop network automation solutions in Python using tools like Netmiko, Nornir, and NAPALM
• Build automation pipelines for configuration management and deployment across multi-vendor environments
• Develop integrations with modern network APIs including NETCONF, RESTCONF, and vendor-specific APIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
• Five or more years of network automation experience
• Strong Python development skills, including OOP and testing
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching
• Hands-on experience with network automation tools such as Ansible and Jinja2 templating
