Network Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Network Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and network APIs, this full-time remote position will design and develop automation solutions, build integration pipelines, and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop network automation solutions in Python utilizing tools like Netmiko, Nornir, and NAPALM
• Build automation pipelines for configuration management and deployment across multi-vendor environments
• Develop integrations with network APIs and implement infrastructure-as-code for network configuration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
• Five or more years of network automation experience
• Strong Python development skills, including OOP and testing
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching
• Hands-on experience with modern network APIs such as NETCONF and RESTCONF
