Network Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Network Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and network APIs, this full-time remote position will focus on designing and developing automation solutions, building integration pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers to enhance network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop network automation solutions using Python and various automation tools
• Build automation pipelines for configuration management and deployment across multi-vendor environments
• Implement network testing and validation processes, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
• Five or more years of network automation experience
• Strong Python development skills, including experience with Netmiko, NAPALM, and Nornir
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching
• Experience with modern network APIs such as NETCONF and RESTCONF
