Network Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Network Automation Engineer for a contract position, the ideal candidate will work remotely to analyze configurations of ONTs and OLTs, develop Python-based automation scripts, and optimize fiber access network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with access network devices (ONTs and OLTs) to analyze configurations and operational data
- Develop and implement Python-based automation scripts based on live device insights
- Troubleshoot and optimize fiber access network performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ONT and OLT infrastructure
- Proven experience in Python programming for automation and scripting
- Ability to independently access devices and interpret configurations
- Familiarity with telecom access network deployments
