Network Automation Software Lead
Job Summary
Leading the development of an end-to-end zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) and automation platform, the full-time remote Network Automation Software Lead will manage a small team of engineers and SREs to ensure automated deployment and validation of GPU network fabrics with zero human intervention.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ZTP pipeline, ensuring automatic switch deployment and configuration validation
- Establish network validation and pre-deployment testing to catch changes before production
- Hire, mentor, and grow a team while maintaining hands-on involvement in coding and technical direction
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in network automation at scale
- Proven experience building end-to-end ZTP or device-provisioning systems
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or Go, with experience in production practices
- Hands-on experience with datacenter Clos fabrics and relevant networking protocols
- Fluency with modern network automation technologies and observability/telemetry pipelines
