Network Business Optimization Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Network Business Optimization Manager will gather and analyze operational data, support network planning, and ensure alignment with leadership priorities while providing insights to enhance network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze operational and performance data for monthly reporting to inform Network leadership decisions
• Support the planning and execution of network initiatives and governance meetings, tracking timelines and deliverables
• Produce executive messaging and prepare meeting materials for senior Network leadership, maintaining strong stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in healthcare, insurance, or healthcare consulting, or completion of a General Management Development Program with relevant experience
• 3+ years of data analysis and leadership reporting experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
