Network Carrier Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Carrier Coordinator I to manage relationships with Network Carriers and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and coordinate with Network Carriers
• Research and update orders for scheduling and manage Return Authorizations
• Respond to invoice questions and assist with operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One (1) year or more of related experience required
• Operations background in logistics and/or transportation
• Ability to understand and follow work procedures
• Organizational skills
