Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Carrier Coordinator to support Final Mile Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contracted carriers and ensure on-time delivery
• Provide high-quality customer service and coordinate with customers and service providers to meet KPIs
• Manage administrative tasks related to orders and invoicing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One year or more of related experience required
• Operations background in logistics and/or transportation
• Ability to understand and follow work procedures
• Experience with DOT preferred
