Network Carrier Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting Final Mile operations, the full-time Network Carrier Coordinator will manage relationships with contracted carriers to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality customer service in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Network Carriers to schedule orders and ensure compliance with delivery performance metrics
• Print delivery tickets and manage Return Authorizations (RAs) for all locations
• Respond to invoicing inquiries and maintain accurate order records in the system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One year or more of related experience required
• Background in logistics and/or transportation operations
• Ability to understand and follow work procedures
• Strong organizational skills
