Network Carrier Coordinator

Job Summary

To support Final Mile operations, the full-time Network Carrier Coordinator will manage relationships with contracted carriers, ensure on-time delivery, and provide high-quality customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support contracted carriers and ensure compliance with delivery schedules
• Coordinate with customers and service providers to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Process and manage various return authorizations and invoicing inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One or more years of related experience required
• Operations background in logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with DOT regulations preferred
• Ability to build professional relationships and follow work procedures
