Job Summary

Leading a team of observability and compliance engineers, the full-time salaried Network Compliance Director will design and implement frameworks for real-time network performance insights while ensuring adherence to industry standards and security policies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the network observability and compliance roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional technology teams
• Implement telemetry strategies and advanced monitoring techniques to enhance network governance and standards
• Mentor team members and drive the adoption of network observability and compliance practices across Global Networks teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in Network/Security Engineering or Operations, with a focus on complex networking solutions
• 5+ years of experience in network routing, switching, and security operations
• Proven experience designing and implementing network observability and compliance programs adhering to industry standards
• In-depth knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and PCI DSS
