Network Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with regulatory mandates, the remote Senior Specialist, Network Compliance Oversight will manage the development and production of the provider network directory, serve as a subject matter expert, and collaborate on regulatory communications while overseeing vendor and delegate compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project planning and process management for updating the printed provider network directory, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for directory development, providing guidance on regulatory requirements and conducting audits and analyses
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage information outreach, timelines, and deliverables related to directory production

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional work experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines related to provider network directory production
• Demonstrated track record in project management and information tracking
• Proficiency with MS Office and working knowledge of Adobe
