Network Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Analyst III, Network Configuration will ensure accurate administration and configuration of pharmacy networks in the claim adjudication system, collaborating with various departments to meet business needs and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete configuration of new client implementations and network changes accurately and timely to prevent access issues
• Maintain advanced knowledge of adjudication system functions to design standard and custom configurations for clients
• Perform quality assurance peer reviews and troubleshoot complex customer issues, providing recommendations for corrective action

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2-3 years of experience with Navitus systems and processes, capable of performing tasks independently
• Experience supporting mid-sized to large clients with moderate to high complexity
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in tools such as Navi-ClaimRx and Microsoft Office
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
