Network Construction Manager

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and execution of fiber connectivity solutions, the full-time Manager of Network Construction will manage Outside Plant (OSP) projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages all facets of OSP projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery within quality and safety standards
• Tracks and communicates OSP project progress, resolving roadblocks and providing early notifications on potential delays
• Develops and maintains project schedules, managing RFP processes and contractor invoices in compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
• Minimum of ten years in the telecommunications industry with experience in outside plant and project management
• At least five years of managerial experience
• Working knowledge of structured cabling, routing, switching, and IP protocols
• Experience managing large capital projects and multiple aggressive RFP schedules
