Network Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a dedicated team of Network Construction Managers, the full-time Network Construction Supervisor will oversee vendor management, work order execution, and the construction and restoration of fiber networks in Northern California, ensuring adherence to operational standards and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team focused on construction demands and KPI achievement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
• Support budget management for CAPEX and OPEX while ensuring compliance with construction standards and processes

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Three to five years of construction experience, with at least three years in telecommunications
• Two years of supervisory construction experience required; three to five years preferred
• Experience with fiber engineering design, splicing, and construction implementation
• Familiarity with aerial and underground network construction standards and relevant safety regulations (NESC, NEC, OSHA)
