Network Contract Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Network Contract Manager will negotiate and prepare facility agreements, achieve cost performance objectives, and collaborate with the Provider Network team to optimize provider specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare competitive facility agreements and value-based contracts for regional facilities
• Achieve objectives for unit cost performance and manage trends effectively
• Evaluate contracts for compliance with company standards and participate in regional contracting discussions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in network management, contracting, or provider services
• 3+ years of experience in fee schedule development using actuarial models
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling and analysis for provider rate negotiations
• 3+ years of experience in network adequacy analysis
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare RBRVS and managed care contracting concepts
