Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Network Contracting to join their Specialist Contracting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement contracting strategies in alignment with network adequacy and cost management objectives
• Manage and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Support reviews and analyses of provider contracts to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting
• 2+ years of experience in provider network strategy development and contract negotiation
• 1+ year of experience in financial analyses related to markets or product lines
• 1+ year of experience managing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience is a plus
