Network Contracting Associate

Job Summary

Managing contracts with key healthcare providers, the remote Network Contracting Associate will negotiate reimbursement rates, analyze provider performance, and support network development initiatives to ensure quality care and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement contracting strategies that align with network adequacy and cost management objectives
• Manage and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• Utilize data analytics to inform negotiation and contracting decisions, identifying areas for improvement

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting
• 2+ years of experience in provider network strategy development and contract negotiation
• 1+ year of experience conducting financial analyses related to markets or product lines
• 1+ year of experience managing large data sets, such as claim files and provider rosters
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
