Network Contracting Associate

Job Summary

Managing contracts with key healthcare providers, the remote Network Contracting Associate will negotiate reimbursement rates, analyze provider performance, and support network development initiatives to ensure access to quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Implement contracting strategies in alignment with network adequacy and cost management objectives
• Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of provider contracts to identify optimization opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting
• 2+ years of experience in provider network strategy development and contract negotiation
• 1+ year of experience performing financial analyses on markets or product lines
• 1+ year of experience managing large data sets, such as claim files and provider rosters
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience is a bonus
