Network Contracting Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of provider networks, the remote Network Contracting Manager will manage unit cost budgets, guide network development for competitive access, and evaluate contracts while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage unit cost budgets, performance reporting, and financial models
• Guide the development of stable networks that meet unit cost performance objectives
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company templates and standards

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in health care network management with accountability for business results
• 5+ years of experience in the health care industry
• Project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) and related systems
• In-depth knowledge of Government Programs
