Network Contracting Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic payer partnerships, the full-time Manager, Network Contracting will negotiate and manage network participation agreements with health plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate network participation agreements, including new agreements, renewals, and amendments directly with health plans
• Manage contract lifecycle by tracking deliverables, performing rate analyses, and ensuring compliance with terms
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional and national payer stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers
• Strong understanding of the health plan network participation agreement lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex payer dynamics
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining payer relationships
