Network Contractor Provider Management

Job Summary

To support network development strategy, the full-time Network Contractor Provider Management role will negotiate contracts, assist with provider satisfaction initiatives, and recruit providers while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and Single Case Agreements to maintain a compliant and marketable provider network
• Assist in departmental activities related to provider satisfaction, education, and communication
• Recruit and contract providers to address network adequacy gaps and support quality initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; Master's Degree highly preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of Account Executive experience
• At least one (1) year of contract negotiation experience
• Understanding of reimbursement methodologies, including Risk or Value Based contracting
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
