Network Control Center Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of technicians, the full-time Network Control Center Supervisor will oversee incident management, ensure operational efficiency, and drive resolution of network issues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities for Network Control Center staff, ensuring effective incident escalation and resolution
• Provide technical leadership for complex network issues and drive root cause analysis for continuous improvement
• Mentor and train technicians while collaborating with other departments to align objectives and streamline processes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in telecommunications or related field preferred
• Five to seven years of related experience, with 0-1 year in a leadership capacity
• Knowledge of Telecommunications Support Platforms and incident management processes
• ITIL certification and/or relevant experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Layer 1 network technologies and experience with optical transport networks
