Network Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Coordinator to support community sensemaking and coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate distributed sensing and reflection within the Transformations Community and maintain engagement records
• Support the Ocean Ambassadors Program by organizing and connecting leaders across inland communities
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance visibility and coherence while surfacing patterns and opportunities within the networks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in network coordination, community organizing, or supporting distributed teams
• Proven experience in maintaining ongoing participation and visibility across a network
• Hands-on experience with digital coordination tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion)
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows across time zones
• Comfortable in loosely structured, evolving environments without detailed instructions
