Job Summary

Network Customer Service Specialist, a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional client support, resolving complex issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, providing assistance and crafting personalized responses
  • Investigate and resolve multifaceted issues while coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactively monitor and report on service excellence, tackling escalated issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer or client support, preferably in the medical coding or insurance industry
  • Experience in a fast-paced, production environment
  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or medical office
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
