Job Summary
Working remotely Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST, with typically one Saturday per month, the full-time Network Customer Service Specialist will manage customer service tasks, respond to inquiries, and analyze issues to ensure resolution based on service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Delivers specific customer service tasks as assigned by a supervisor
- Documents issues in the CRM and runs reports to prioritize and resolve them
- Independently responds to client inquiries and resolves non-routine issues escalated from junior team members
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, production environment
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments accurately and efficiently
- Ability to write clearly and effectively for communication with all parties
